SMS Terms

These terms cover the text messages (SMS) and WhatsApp messages The Move Media Network LLC sends as The Move Miami.
1. What you receive
Messages about your bookings and account: booking confirmations, reminders before a session, notice that your files are ready, and replies to your questions. We send marketing by text only if you separately agreed to receive it.
2. How you join
You join by checking the box at checkout or in one of our forms and giving us your mobile number. Agreeing to receive messages is not a condition of any purchase.
3. Frequency and cost
Message frequency varies with your bookings. Message and data rates may apply.
4. How to stop, and help
Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving them; we send one message to confirm and nothing after. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at [email protected] or (786) 982-8825. On WhatsApp, reply STOP or block the chat.
5. Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
6. Privacy
Your mobile number and your consent are not shared with third parties for their marketing. See our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
