What’s the maximum number of people who can record in each set?
Each studio set can comfortably accommodate up to 4 on-camera guests at a time. This allows for an optimal setup for framing, lighting, and audio quality to maintain our cinematic standard.
Where can I park and how do I enter the building?
Our new Wynwood location has ample parking available along NW 29th Street and NW 6th Avenue. You’ll find us at 566 NW 29th Street, Miami, FL 33127, located on the Kobi Karp Architecture Campus. Look for the black building with The Move Miami logo above the large double doors. You’ll enter through the grey gate, also marked with our logo, use the door to the right of the building (not the large double doors), and our team will be ready to greet you upon arrival.
What equipment do you have in the studio?
At The Move Miami, we’ve equipped our space with the highest quality gear to ensure your content shines.
You’ll be working with **8K cinema cameras** that capture your vision in stunning detail, complemented by professional **Aputure lighting**. Our lighting setup, including key, fill, hair, uplights, and accent lights, ensuring you’re perfectly illuminated from every angle.
For audio, we’ve got you covered with the industry’s top brands. Whether you choose the Shure SM7B or our RØDE and DJI lavaliers, you can trust your voice will be captured with crystal-clear clarity. All of this is powered by the **RØDECaster 2**, the gold standard in podcasting soundboards, ensuring your audio sounds as professional as it looks.
Need more? We offer a range of add-ons to take your production to the next level, including a newsroom-grade teleprompter, additional microphones, and cameras. Plus, we provide options for live chop editing, live streaming to major social media platforms, and top-tier post-production services.

How Will I Receive My Video Files?
After your recording session, you’ll receive your video files in stunning 4K resolution, along with high-res audio and backup audio files. You’ll also get professional behind-the-scenes photography, all delivered via a Google Drive link within 24 hours or less.
If you need your files quicker, bring an SSD hard drive. We recommend the Samsung T7 or T9 for the fastest and most reliable transfer speeds. These drives are known for their reliability, minimizing the risk of losing footage due to corrupted data files. If you don’t have one, we can provide a Samsung T7 for an additional fee. With these drives, we can transfer all your content to you in under 30 minutes.
We’re committed to ensuring you get your content quickly and in the highest quality possible.
Can I Arrive Early for My Booking?
You’re welcome to arrive 10 to 15 minutes before your scheduled time. There are two great spots to wait if the guest before you is still recording. You can relax at Vice City Bean Coffee downstairs, which offers snacks and refreshments, or you can wait in our spacious main lobby.
When you come up, please enter the studio quietly as there may be recording in progress if you arrive early. We can’t wait to create with you!
Can I Extend My Booking While I'm in the Space?
Yes, you can extend your booking if our schedule allows and there are no conflicting sessions after yours. Additional time will be charged on the same day, with payment options including Zelle, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and debit/credit card through our online payment system.

How Can I Cancel My Studio Booking?
To cancel your studio booking, email us at info@themovemiami.com or text us at 786-982-8825. Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund or studio credit. Cancellations within 24 to 48 hours will receive a 50% refund, while cancellations within 24 hours or less are non-refundable and cannot be converted into studio credit.
If you need to reschedule, you can do so once with at least 48 hours’ notice. We understand that things come up, and we are here to help you navigate any changes smoothly.
How Many People Are Allowed in the Studio with Me?
You can bring up to four guests with you into the studio to record. Each booking includes two guests at no additional charge. Additional guests beyond two are welcome at $50 per person to cover the cost of extra microphones and cameras.
You can also bring up to eight members of your team, including directors or production staff. To ensure the best audio quality, we ask that the recording space remains quiet. If noise becomes an issue, your team can wait on our outdoor rooftop terrace, in our lobby, or at Vice City Bean Coffee downstairs.
For larger productions, such as Netflix series, documentaries, or professional film projects, please contact us directly. We’d be happy to provide a custom quote based on your individual needs and the capabilities of our multiple sets.
Do You Offer Remote Mobile Podcast Services?
Take your podcast on the road with The Move Miami’s Remote Mobile Podcast Services. We bring the same high-quality cinema cameras, high-resolution audio, and professional lighting used in our studio to your off-site location.

Can I record with a remote guest using Riverside?
Absolutely. All studios at The Move Miami are equipped to accommodate Riverside remote recordings. To ensure the highest quality for your guest’s camera feed, please make sure your Riverside account is upgraded to 4K before your session. Our team will handle the rest to ensure a smooth and professional setup.
Does every set include a TV for logo placement?
Yes — every studio includes a 75” TV for customized logo or branding display during your recording. Our Hybrid Event Space also features a 140” LED wall for large-scale productions, presentations, or live events.
What Kind Of Sets Do You Offer?
At The Move Miami, we offer a variety of versatile sets tailored to your unique needs: Main Set: Our most popular option, featured on platforms like Comedy Central, ESPN, and Netflix. Perfect for high-profile podcasts with celebrity guests. Set B: A blackout set with a professional roundtable feel, ideal for up to four guests with tabletop microphones. Individual Set: Designed for solo shoots, teleprompter-friendly, and perfect for courses, ads, and video sales letters (VSLs). Ladies Set: A warm, stylish set featuring cream, beige, white, and pink accents for a creative and inviting vibe. We also offer custom set design with local designers to bring your unique vision to life (additional fees apply).
Do You Only Record Podcasts?
Not at all! Our space is versatile and perfect for a wide range of projects, including promotional materials, long-form YouTube videos, advertisements, scripted reels, mock podcast promos, affiliate branding content, courses, video sales letters, brand message videos, documentaries, full-length features and short films.

What Is the Rooftop Terrace?
Our 2,000 square foot private rooftop terrace is the perfect venue for hosting unforgettable events. With panoramic views of the city, it comfortably accommodates up to 80 people. The terrace includes a private bathroom and direct hallway access, offering both convenience, anonymity and exclusivity.
You’re welcome to bring in your own bartenders, lights, DJs, event props, or other set variations to create a truly unique and memorable rooftop experience in the heart of Miami.
What Do I Need to Bring with Me for My Booking?
At The Move Miami, we provide a completely done-for-you service. You don’t need to bring anything except yourself. We’ve equipped our studio with 8K cinema cameras, high-resolution audio and lighting equipment, and a professional studio technician to run the shoot for you. Additionally, we include a professional photographer to capture behind-the-scenes photography. You won’t need to bring any additional team members or hire anyone else—we provide everything you need for a successful session.
After your session, we’ll send you all of your content—including video files, audio files, and professional behind-the-scenes photography—via a digital link within 24 hours or less.

Your booking at The Move Miami includes everything you need for a top-tier production experience:
- 3 Camera Setup: Capture every angle with our cinematic 8K cameras.
- 2 Microphone Setup: Enjoy crisp, professional audio with our Shure SM7B microphones. Backup audio is also recorded with DJI or Rode lavalier microphones.
- On-Site Technician: A professional audio and visual engineer will manage your recording.
- Studio Lighting: We provide comprehensive studio lighting, including key lights, fill lights, hair lights, uplights, and accent lights.
- Behind-the-Scenes Photography: A professional photographer will capture behind-the-scenes moments. Many of our guests use these photos for social media carousels or as thumbnails for Reels or YouTube Shorts.
- Content Delivery: All content, including your camera angles, audio files, and behind-the-scenes photos, will be delivered via a digital link within 24 hours or less.
Additional add-ons are available upon request and must be arranged with payment before your booking starts. These include:
- Live chop editing of your episode
- Post-production editing
- Custom podcast intros
- Teleprompters
- Additional microphones (up to 8 Shure SM7B microphones)
- Extra cameras (up to 6 cinematic 8K cameras)

What If I Want to Add an Extra Camera Angle or an Additional Microphone to My Booking?
Our podcast setup includes 3 camera angles and 2 microphones, but we’re fully equipped to accommodate more. Our set can handle up to 5 additional cameras (8 total) and 2 additional microphones (4 total). If you’d like to add extra camera angles or microphones, these are available as add-ons on our booking website.
You’re welcome to bring your own equipment if you want to enhance your shoot further, but we have everything needed on-site for a 4-person setup. If you plan to add additional audio or visual elements, please book the add-ons through our website or contact us via email at least 48 hours before your booking. This ensures a seamless setup for your arrival.
If you wish to film with more than 2 individuals, there is an add-on fee for each guest per session. At The Move Miami, we’re committed to making your experience one of a kind, with all the professional equipment you need for an incredible shoot.

Thank you for considering The Move Miami to bring your vision to life. We’ve been blessed to work with some of the biggest names in content creation—a journey made possible only by divine favor and unwavering faith.
When I launched this studio in November 2023, I had zero production experience. I’d never even held a camera before, but I felt called to take a leap of faith and went all-in. Stepping away from a successful decade-long career in mortgages, I pursued the vision God placed on my heart to start something new.
I invested everything into this dream, and the returns have been beyond measure. Since then, we’ve not only collaborated with industry giants but built relationships that have become family. I’ll never forget the day we hosted Theo Von for his podcast with Sexyy Red. We were only a few weeks into business, and it was our first “big podcast”. Theo’s attention to detail, unreal preparation, and demand for excellence inspired our team to elevate our standards even further.
Shortly after, we began working with “The OGs” and countless Miami Heat players. While the hype was exciting, it was the genuine connections we formed that truly left a lasting impact on our team. These experiences epitomize what we strive for with every client—creating not just content, but meaningful relationships.
