What happens after I buy?
You pay for the credits first. Our team reaches out to schedule the best available time, confirm the exact set, and make sure the session is ready before you walk in.
Do I need to pick the exact set right now?
No. Pick the studio direction now. Studio A covers Icon, Boardroom, Den, Essence, Prestige, and VSL. Studio B covers Collective, Clarity, Heritage, Serenity, and Noir. We confirm the exact set when we schedule.
What if I want add-ons like editing or extra guests?
Add-ons like extra guests ($100/session), teleprompter ($60/session), set change ($80/session), and remote stream ($25/hr) are available and billed separately. Reply to your booking confirmation with what you need.
What’s the cancellation policy?
Cancellations with more than 48 hours notice are reschedulable at no charge. 24–48 hours notice results in a 50% credit deduction. Less than 24 hours and the credit is consumed. Credits are non-refundable once purchased but valid for 12 months.
