Our studio is located in the heart of The Arts & Entertainment District, in between Wynwood & Downtown Miami.
Our address is: 1657 N Miami Ave, Miami, FL 33136
The building is called “Filling Station Lofts”. Our entrance is located between the Vice City Bean coffee shop and Taula Mediterranean Caffé.
Parking is best on the street, either on NE 17th St or NE Miami Ct.
When you get to the door you’ll see a call box on your left. Select “call tenant” and search “Andrew Loranger”. It will call me and I will let you in.
Elevators are inside on your left.
